Your privacy is important to us. It is Sharpify Ltd's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://www.zwiftworkout.com, and other sites we own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law.
What we store about you
If you create an account, we store your email address, a hashed password and the author name you last saved a workout with (Google Firebase Authentication), and the workouts you save (Google Cloud Firestore). Workouts you share in the public library, including their author name, can be seen by anyone. Your FTP, weight and running times are only kept in your browser and never sent to us. If you use the AI workout generator, the text you type is sent to OpenAI to generate the workout.
Your rights
You can access, export and delete your data at any time, in line with the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Download your data: in the editor, open Your workouts and choose Download my data. You get a JSON file with your account details and every workout you saved.
- Delete your account: in the editor, open Your workouts and choose Delete account. After you confirm with your password, your account and all your workouts, public and unlisted, are permanently deleted straight away. Links you shared to them stop working, and copies cached by our site are cleared.
You can also ask us to correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
Your continued use of our website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.
